Business Details
We are Heart Cleaning, a trusted domestic cleaning service operating from Bishops Waltham in Hampshire, established in October 2010. Our founder Sarah has lived and worked in the local Meon Valley area for more than 20 years, bringing deep community roots and longstanding local expertise to our operations. We have delivered over 29,000 exceptional domestic cleans for more than 500 satisfied customers, supported by a dedicated team of 10 professional Heart Cleaners. Our service is fully insured, with 1 million in public liability cover and 10 million in employers liability cover, to give every client complete peace of mind. We specialise in personalised, flexible domestic cleaning tailored to each households unique requirements, rather than offering generic, one-size-fits-all corporate packages. We prioritise client privacy above all else, with strict contractual commitments to discretion for every customer who invites us into their home.
Our team goes beyond standard cleaning to offer additional support including ironing, grocery shopping, dog walking and other small domestic tasks to suit client needs. We charge a transparent rate of 20.50 per hour, with monthly emailed invoices to keep our processes clear, cost-effective and low-waste. We actively encourage client feedback, both positive and constructive, to ensure we consistently meet and exceed expectations for every service we provide. Our core aim is to build long-term, trusting relationships with our customers, acting as a reliable, friendly support for all their domestic requirements. We are committed to ethical, sustainable business practices, minimising paper use across all our administrative processes to reduce our environmental impact.
