The next step is to work the area with our agitator or by hand for upholstery/delicate areas.
This process loosens soil and other particles in the fibers which makes it easier to get rid of excess dirt/germs that may otherwise have been missed.
Well, technically it's not steam as it's up to 90°.
This stage sees high pressure (up to 500 psi) jets of hot water sprayed into the carpet and instantly removed by the built-in vacuuming system.
This lifts the dirt out of the fibers but avoids soaking the fabric.
