Wood Floor Sanding
Our dust-free wood floor sanding removes scratches and wear while preserving indoor air quality. Using Pallmann-certified equipment, we restore both domestic and commercial floors to a smooth, flat finish. A choice of 24 designer stains and protective oils or lacquers ensures custom aesthetics with long-lasting durability. Each project includes subfloor assessment and tailored maintenance advice.
Stone Floor Restoration
Specialist cleaning and polishing for marble, limestone, and travertine floors using diamond abrasives and pH-neutral solutions. We address acid damage, etching, and grout staining through deep-cleaning strip-and-seal processes. Protective impregnators guard against future staining while maintaining the stone's natural character. Commercial-grade maintenance plans available for high-traffic properties.
Kitchen Worktop Refinishing
Revitalise wooden worktops damaged by heat, water, or daily use with our dust-free sanding system. We fill scratches and gaps before applying food-safe, antibacterial oils that enhance grain patterns. The process restores hygienic surfaces while preserving functionality, ideal for both modern and traditional kitchens across Cornwall.
Luxury Vinyl Tile Installation
Supply and professional fitting of durable, water-resistant luxury vinyl tiles suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, and commercial spaces. Our certified installers ensure seamless patterns with precision cutting around fixtures. Backed by manufacturer warranties, our LVT solutions combine realistic wood/stone aesthetics with easy maintenance for residential and business environments.
Tile & Grout Cleaning
Deep-cleaning system for ceramic, porcelain, and terracotta tiles removes ingrained dirt from grout lines using rotary brushes and extraction. Reactive impregnators create protective barriers against moisture and stains. Commercial maintenance contracts available to preserve appearance in high-traffic holiday homes and businesses throughout Cornwall.
