Business Details
We have been providing professional home cleaning services across Harpenden and the surrounding local area for more than 30 years. As a local family-run business, we employ a team of approximately 20 trusted, fully vetted cleaners. We offer flexible regular cleaning schedules tailored to your preferred frequency, as well as one-off special services including deep spring cleans. We also provide in-home ironing services at our standard hourly rate, to meet all your domestic housekeeping needs. All our cleaners are selected for their reliability, friendliness, and trustworthiness, and we hold full public and employers' liability insurance for complete client peace of mind. We are happy to hold property keys for clients who are out of the home during the day, so you can return to a spotless house after work. We do not bring our own cleaning equipment or supplies to jobs, to eliminate cross-contamination between clients, and allow you to use your preferred products.
Standard cleaning sessions last 3 hours, with 2-hour slots available for smaller properties, and longer sessions arranged for larger homes. We offer both morning (cleaners arrive between 9am and 10am) and afternoon (arrive between 12pm and 1pm) appointment slots to suit your schedule. We assign the same cleaner to each of your scheduled sessions, so you only need to show them around your property once, with some clients having worked with the same cleaner for over 10 years. We handle all employment administration for our cleaning team, including PAYE, paid holidays, sick pay, maternity pay, and pension contributions, so you do not need to worry about any employment obligations. We operate with no long-term contracts, allowing you to pause or stop services at any time with just 24 hours notice, and we can provide references and testimonials on request.
