How are your cleaning prices calculated?
Prices start at £12/hour for regular weekly cleaning, £14/hour for one-off jobs. Weekend supplements apply: £1/hour Sundays, £3/hour Bank Holidays. All equipment and insurance included.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellations require 24 hours notice. Less than 24 hours notice incurs 50% charge of the scheduled booking value to cover preparation and scheduling adjustments.
Are your staff properly qualified?
All staff are fully DBS checked, insured, and trained to industry standards. Owner Lewis Gerrity has prior oven cleaning franchise experience and maintains direct involvement in service delivery.
