Services
Commercial Window Cleaning
We provide specialist window cleaning for commercial properties including hospitals, airports, and hotels. Our methods combine traditional techniques with advanced equipment like the Multitel MX250 truck-mounted boom, which reaches 80ft while weighing under 3.5 tonnes. All staff hold IPAF licences for powered access equipment and undergo rigorous safety training, ensuring compliance with RAMS documentation for every contract.
Gutter & Fascia Cleaning
Our gutter cleaning service prevents water damage through annual maintenance and emergency clearance. Using extended poles or access plant like cherry pickers, we remove blockages and clean fascias with hot water systems. This service extends to cladding washdowns, maintaining building aesthetics while preventing structural issues caused by debris accumulation and water infiltration.
Cladding Wash Down
We restore building facades using pressure washing and hot water systems for cladding maintenance. This service removes dirt, moss, and pollutants from materials like aluminium and uPVC, preserving visual appeal and structural integrity. Our lightweight equipment accesses sensitive areas, including pavements where heavier machinery cannot operate.
Solar Panel Cleaning
Our market-leading solar panel cleaning ensures maximum energy efficiency through scheduled maintenance. Using water-fed poles and soft brushes, we clean panels without causing damage. The Multitel MX250 boom accesses hard-to-reach installations, while hot water systems remove stubborn grime, maintaining optimal photovoltaic performance throughout the year.
Abseil Window Cleaning
For complex structures, we employ abseiling techniques to clean windows in locations inaccessible to traditional equipment. This method requires specialist training and safety certifications, which all our operatives possess. It allows efficient cleaning of historic buildings and modern skyscrapers while minimising disruption to occupants.
