End of Tenancy
Comprehensive deep cleaning for property handovers. Covers all rooms, fixtures, and appliances to meet landlord requirements. Includes oven and window cleaning via partners. Ensures properties are presented in immaculate condition for deposit return purposes.

What areas do you cover?
We cover all of Worcestershire and West Midlands, including Bromsgrove and surrounding areas.
Can I cancel or reschedule a clean?
Yes, until 18:00 the day before without charge. Late changes incur a two-hour fee.
Are cleaning products provided?
We supply all cleaning materials and equipment. Please provide ironing tools if required.
Do you offer deep cleaning services?
Yes, including oven cleaning, window cleaning, and end-of-tenancy cleans with partners.
How are housekeepers vetted?
All staff undergo DBS checks, interviews, paid trials, and ongoing performance assessments.
What payment methods are accepted?

The service was exceptional. I can't commend Lucy and her engineer enough for the outstanding job they did on my oven. I'm almost embarrassed to admit that I didn't realize the grills were silver; I had always assumed they were coated black ever since I moved into the house!
