Carpet Cleaning
We provide comprehensive carpet cleaning using water extraction technology and natural products. Our process includes pre-treatment surveys, antibacterial application, and stain removal techniques. Specialising in wool, synthetic fibres, and antique rugs, we guarantee 2-hour drying times and offer bronze, silver, and gold service tiers to suit different requirements.
Upholstery Cleaning
Our upholstery cleaning service handles wet-cleanable fabrics with precision care. After fibre analysis, we employ hand-cleaning methods that minimise downtime while removing grime and odours. We offer fabric protection treatments and transparent pricing for items ranging from armchairs to large corner sofas, with specialist attention to heavily soiled areas.
Bed Bug Removal
Using hospital-grade equipment, we eliminate bed bugs and dust mites from carpets and soft furnishings. Our chemical-free treatments leave no residue, with follow-up options for severe infestations. The process sanitises living spaces while removing allergens that cause skin complaints, providing long-term protection against re-infestation.
Carpet Inspection
Our Woolsafe-certified inspectors conduct detailed carpet evaluations to determine construction and damage causes. This includes fibre testing, industry standard comparisons, and court-admissible reporting. The service identifies responsible parties and provides remediation recommendations, particularly valuable for insurance claims or property disputes.
Stone Floor Cleaning
We specialise in restoring natural stone floors while preserving their appearance. Our methods address specific stone requirements through tailored cleaning solutions. The service includes odour control and stain protection, maintaining floor integrity while enhancing aesthetic appeal for both residential and commercial properties.
