However, if you terminate our services after only one clean you agree to pay the "One Off" clean price.
If we have arrived to work at the property then we cannot accept a cancellation, unless work is being carried out at the property, whereon 50% is payable as we have not had 3 days notice.
We will endeavor to clean all windows, but if we deem any window to be inaccessible, these will be left.
Safety is of paramount importance to us, and we do request that small children and pets be enclosed in the safety of the house for the duration of the clean.
